Shipping Policy
That Gyal Cosmetics typically ships out packages in 3-5 business days including processing time of 1-2 business days. With high shipping demands, expect minimal delays in shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
That Gyal Cosmetics allows a 7-Day return or exchange policy with original receipt sent with packaging. Merchandise will be reviewed and processed for return eligibility. Return/exchange processing takes 3-7 business days or less. Once review is complete, you will received an update on your return/exchange along with a new tracking number and return instructions.
If you are unable to return the product with proof of purchase and we are unable to verify the original purchase price of the product, your refund will be in the form of an online credit equal to the lowest selling price at which the product was sold by That Gyal Cosmetics, during the 30-day period preceding the return. Guests will be asked to provide a valid government issued ID (i.e. driver's license, state or military ID).
These conditions must be met to be eligible for return/exchange:

-Item is unused
- Item is undamaged*

Order cancellation Policy:
Once your order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel your order. Any requests to cancel orders after 24 hours will be denied. This is because we ship items out fast for fast shipping.
